Barber near Mississauga Valleys: Central Pkwy to Hurontario North
Short answer: From Mississauga Valleys, Markcutit is about 7 km north, roughly ten minutes with clear roads: follow Central Pkwy E to Hurontario St, drive north to Matheson Blvd and turn west into Heartland Town Centre. MiWay 17 and 103 run up Hurontario to Matheson. We are open 9:30 AM to 9 PM every day, and you can book Mark or Marcel on Booksy.

Valley or Valleys: this page covers both
People write it both ways. The City's neighbourhood is Mississauga Valleys, east of Hurontario St and south of Hwy 403, spread around Burnhamthorpe Rd. The community centre and library at 1275 Mississauga Valley Blvd use the singular. Either way, you are in the right place.
Markcutit is not in the Valleys. We are about ten minutes north, on the Matheson Blvd W edge of Heartland Town Centre.
One long road north: the drive from Central Pkwy E
Nearly the whole trip is on Hurontario St. From your street, get onto Central Pkwy E and follow it to Hurontario, then turn north.
Stay on Hurontario across Hwy 403 and past Eglinton Ave and Bristol Rd. At the Matheson Blvd lights, where the two school board head offices sit, turn west onto Matheson Blvd W. Drive toward McLaughlin Rd and park in Heartland's surface lots at 650 Matheson Blvd W, the Home Depot and Winners address.
What you pass on Hurontario, stop by stop
It helps to know the markers, because Hurontario is long and a lot of it looks alike behind the construction hoarding. Heading north from Central Pkwy, you pass:
- The City Centre, with Square One on the west side of the road, before the 403.
- The Hwy 403 interchange at Hurontario.
- Eglinton Ave, the heart of the Uptown condo area.
- Bristol Rd, and then Matheson Blvd with Britannia Farm and the Peel and Dufferin-Peel board offices at the corner.
Taking the bus instead
The 17 Hurontario runs from City Centre up to the Hwy 407 Park and Ride, stopping at Matheson Blvd along the way, and the 103 Hurontario Express stops at Matheson too. From the Valleys, that usually means getting to City Centre or to a Hurontario stop first, then riding north.
Get off at Hurontario and Matheson and walk west along Matheson toward McLaughlin. If you would rather cut the walk, the 66 McLaughlin from City Centre Transit Terminal stops at McLaughlin and Matheson, closer to our end of Heartland. Anyone waiting for the Hazel McCallion LRT will be waiting a while: the line is still under construction, with opening expected in 2028 or later.
Why Valleys residents make the trip
Three reasons stand out. The hours run 9:30 AM to 9 PM on all seven days, so Sunday night is on the table. The finish includes a free hot towel treatment, hair wash and head massage. And you can book the barber you want: Mark Yousif for skin fades and razor lineups, or Marcel Shabo for tapers and textured tops.
If you are planning a cut for a family occasion, read our Eid haircut page or Diwali haircut page for booking windows around the busy weeks.
Barber near Mississauga Valleys: common questions
Is there a Markcutit near the Mississauga Valley Community Centre?
No. Our only studio is about ten minutes north, in Heartland Town Centre on Matheson Blvd W. The visit page has the map.
Will the new LRT make it easier to get to the studio?
Once it opens, possibly. The planned Matheson stop is at Hurontario, so you would still walk west along Matheson. Opening is expected in 2028 or later.
Can two of us book back to back?
Often, yes. Book each person separately on Booksy with either barber, or text (647) 221-9795 and we will line up the times.
