Short answer: From Streetsville's Queen St S, Markcutit is about 6 km east, roughly ten minutes by car via Bristol Rd W, Blueheron Blvd and Terry Fox Way to Matheson Blvd W in Heartland Town Centre. It is not a Streetsville shop, but it is open 9:30 AM to 9 PM every day, which gives village residents evening and Sunday options. Book on Booksy or text (647) 221-9795.

Honest distance: Streetsville is a short drive, not a walk
Streetsville is nicknamed the Village in the City, and much of daily life happens on or near Queen St. We are not on it. The studio is about ten minutes east by car, on the Matheson Blvd W side of Heartland Town Centre.
What you get for the drive is a studio open until 9 PM seven days a week, a choice of two senior barbers, and a finish that includes a hot towel treatment, hair wash and head massage at no extra charge.
Route from the village core
Start on Queen St S and head for Bristol Rd W. Bristol takes you east out of the village. From there Blueheron Blvd links you to Terry Fox Way, which runs up the western side of Heartland to Matheson Blvd.
At Matheson, turn east and drive toward McLaughlin Rd. The studio is at 650 Matheson Blvd W, the address shared with Home Depot and Winners. Park in Heartland's surface lots and allow a few minutes to walk in.
Where the trip starts for most village residents
Streetsville is compact, so the drive barely changes wherever you begin. These are the places locals usually give as their reference point:
- Queen St S, the historic main street and the natural starting point for anyone living in the old core.
- Streetsville GO at 45 Thomas St on the Milton line. It is a train station, not a bus link to us, so drivers leaving from the GO lot can follow the same Bristol Rd W route.
- Memorial Park, another landmark everyone in the village can place.
- Homes along the Credit River, which runs right beside Streetsville.
Timing a cut around Bread and Honey weekend
The Bread and Honey Festival takes over Streetsville on the first weekend of June, and it lands right at the start of prom and grad season in Peel. If you want to look sharp for the festival and for a June event, book a cut for the week before and keep the festival weekend itself free.
Early June Saturdays are among the first slots to go, so use Booksy a week or two out, or text if you want a specific barber. Our graduation haircut page covers timing a cut before a ceremony.
Picking between Mark and Marcel
Both barbers do every service, so the choice comes down to what you want most. Mark Yousif leans toward skin fades, fade-into-beard blends, razor lineups and slick backs. Marcel Shabo is the pick for a low or mid taper, a drop fade, textured tops and fine detail work.
If you are not sure, book either one and bring a photo. The consultation at the start of the cut is where the plan gets settled. For a classic look with a lower fade, see our low taper fade page.
Barber near Streetsville: common questions
Can I get to Markcutit from Streetsville GO without a car?
Not easily. The GO line does not come near Heartland, and we cannot point to a direct bus. Check MiWay's trip planner, or see the transit notes on our visit page.
Is it worth driving out of Streetsville for a haircut?
If you need an evening or Sunday slot, it can be. We are open until 9 PM every day, and the free hot towel, wash and head massage come with every service.
Do you take bookings for groups before an event?
Text (647) 221-9795 with the date and how many people. Two barbers means we can plan back-to-back slots if the calendar allows.
