Mark Yousif, the founder, leans toward skin fades that run straight down into the beard, with razor lineups on the cheek and neck. If you want the fade to disappear into your beard with no visible join, he is the natural choice.

The awkward weeks are when most people shave off a beard, and a barber visit at around four weeks is usually what gets them through. At that point we tidy the neck and cheeks, even out the length, and leave everything else to keep growing.
