How to find an opening today, in order

Start with Booksy, then message us, then widen your options. That order finds a same-day slot fastest, because Booksy updates the moment someone cancels or moves.

1. Open Booksy from our booking page, choose your service, and look at today for both barbers rather than just one.
2. Refresh later in the day if nothing fits; openings appear when other clients reschedule.
3. If you still see nothing, text (647) 221-9795 with your service and the window you are free, for example 'Haircut Only, any time after 5 today'.
4. When we reply with a time, confirm straight away; same-day gaps rarely stay open long.
5. Arrive a few minutes before the time so the slot runs as planned.

What to have ready before you message

A same-day request is quickest when we can answer it in one reply. Have these three things in your first message and we can tell you straight away whether today works.

• The service: Haircut Only, Haircut + Beard, Beard Only + Lineup, Full Face Wax or Nose Wax.
• Your window: the earliest and latest times you can actually be in the chair, including travel to Heartland.
• Your barber preference, or 'either is fine', which roughly doubles your chances.

Why flexibility gets you in faster

The more open your window, the better your odds. Asking for 'any time after lunch with either barber' leaves far more possibilities than 'Mark at 6'.

Choosing a shorter service can help too. If your haircut can wait a few days but your beard cannot, a Beard Only + Lineup may fit a gap that a full Haircut + Beard would not. Walk-ins: why we ask you to check first
